FLAT RATE Shipping Policy

1.    Shipping: shop.phil&teds.com will ship throughout the world, except for the African continent (due to prohibitive freight charges). Please note that phil&teds takes no responsibility for the payment of customs duties, import and other such taxes or levies as the freighted product may attract. Payment of such fees remains the responsibility of the purchaser.

2.    Unites States and territories: From the USA region shop we can only ship to the 48 mainland states.  From the Rest Of World shop we can ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.  We cannot ship to APO's or FPO's (military addresses outside the 50 main states). 

3.    Delivery time frames: Orders will be processed and sent for dispatch the day they are placed, or the following business day for orders placed over the weekend. All delivery time frames are estimated, we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame due to unforeseen circumstance, including customs delays at country borders. Estimated delivery time frames are as follows:

          NZ: 2-4 business days. Additional 2 business days for delivery to rural properties.

          AUS: 2-4 business days to VIC; 3-5 business days to NSW, TAS & SA; 4-6 business days to QLD; 5-8 business days to WA & NT.                      Additional 2-3 days for delivery to rural properties.

             USA: Our US Warehouse is currently in the process of inventory - Orders will be received in approx. 7 - 12 days.

             CAN: 5-7 business days.  All parts orders ship from the US weekly on Thursday. Delivery time will be 7-10 business days from this point.

             Europe: 2-4 business days to the Netherlands; 5-8 business days for all other Western Europe countries; 7-10 business days for Eastern                               Europe countries and those outside of the EU.

            UK & Ireland: 4-7 business days. Additional 2 business days for delivery to rural properties.

             Rest of  World: 5-8 business days.

4. Prices: All prices shown are in the local currency of the region:

5. Freight & handling (Shipping) charges:

  • UK: free on all orders GB£50 and over. Orders under GB£50 pay GB£5 per item (max freight charge GB£10)
  • European Continent (including Ireland, Scandinavia, Russia, Turkey, Balkan states): all orders €50 and over pay a flatrate of €40. Orders under  €50 pay a flat rate of €20.
  • Sweden: all orders kr 550 and over pay kr 450. Orders under kr 550 pay kr 250.
  • Norway / Denmark: all orders kr 400 and over pay kr 300. Orders under kr 400 pay kr 150.
  • USA: Orders under US$100 pay US$5, orders US$100 and over pay US$10.
  • Canada: Orders under CA$100 pay CA$10, orders CA$100 and over pay CA$20.
  • Australia: Orders under AU$50 pay AU$5, orders between AU$50 and $199 pay $10, orders AU$200 and over pay AU$35. 
  • New Zealand: free on all orders NZ$50 and over. Orders under NZ$50 pay NZ$5 per item (max freight charge NZ$10)
  • Rest of World: freight charges are included in the total price of each product.

    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You will be required to provide your name, credit card number, expiration date, and the CW number on the back of your card. 
    PayPal is a unique way to send money online, to anyone who has an email account. PayPal allows you to shop without sharing any financial information, and is 100% protected against unauthorized payments. You must first have a PayPal account established through www.paypal.com before we can process your order via PayPal.
